The Honey Bee Apiary is home to Hudson Gardens’ community apiary, housing approximately 20 beehives. The honey bees promote pollination of native plants and crops within Hudson Gardens and in the local community. The Apiary also serves as an educational resource by providing a training ground for new beekeepers while hosting public and family programming. The beehives are owned maintained by community beekeepers that are responsible for all aspects of hive management.
